We offer a variety of services to facilitate the health and healing of our clients. We are the first holistic wellness center in Central New York where you can receive a massage, take a yoga class, get a facial, and sign-up for health coaching all in one convenient location.
We know how uncomfortable it can be to start something new, which is why we offer so many classes that are created with beginners in mind and we always offer modifications. Yoga is an inclusive practice, meaning it is for absolutely everyone and we welcome your unique abilities.

Yin Foundations: A Breakdown of Poses
There are roughly 32 poses in the Yin Yoga practice! Over the course of 3 weeks, we will take time exploring each of the poses found in a Yin Yoga practice along with their variations. We will discuss the benefits of each pose and take time exploring how to use props for each post to best suit our bodies.
This series is designed to give you a better understanding of Yin Yoga and its poses, making the next time you attend one of our Yin classes even more beneficial!
All levels are welcome.
Series is November 4th, 11th, and 18th
Monday evenings 7:00-8:30pm
$18 per class or $45 for full series.

Join us Wednesday, November 6th at 5PM for our Donation Class for the Veteran's Yoga Project.
Veterans Yoga Project is an educational and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of military veterans.
Working in partnership with veterans, active-duty military personnel, student veterans’ organizations, and other non-profit organizations, VYP-trained instructors teach over 100 free yoga classes each week for veterans and their families. By providing support to all veterans, whether they are currently struggling with severe symptoms, or they are focused on increasing resilience and giving back to others, Veterans Yoga Project is doing its part to serve those who have served.
