At Universal Wellness, we provide clinical based therapies in a comfortable environment to facilitate the health and healing of our clients. Our approach to health is not a one-size-fits-all concept, but rather a holistic consideration of the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of a person.
We offer a variety of services to facilitate the health and healing of our clients. We are the first holistic wellness center in Central New York where you can receive a massage, take a yoga class, get a facial, and sign-up for health coaching all in one convenient location.
We know how uncomfortable it can be to start something new, which is why we offer so many classes that are created with beginners in mind and we always offer modifications. Yoga is an inclusive practice, meaning it is for absolutely everyone and we welcome your unique abilities.
This treatment begins with a gentle full-body exfoliation followed by application of our holiday cranberry body scrub to the back. Then our detoxifying gemstone mud mask is applied along the spine to draw out excess toxins and impurities from the body. Finally, enjoy a full-body massage using Naturopathica's Deep Forest heated body oil, a combination of Juniper and Cypress oils to decongest and detoxify.
This facial begins with a gentle exfoliation using the fruit enzymes of pomegranate and papaya to remove any rough or dry skin from the face followed by a deeply nourishing gel mask to moisturize and hydrate. Finally, enjoy a relaxing neck, shoulder and face massage infused with the holiday scents of pomegranate and fig.
