6-Month Program

A health coach is a supportive mentor that provides the tools and instruction to facilitate behavior change and create sustainable lifestyle changes in their client’s lives. Health coaches motivate individuals to cultivate positive health choices through education and empowerment about nutrition, physical activity, positive thinking, stress reduction, and much more.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Rachel will be your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. She will help you navigate the world of contradictory and confusing nutritional advice to figure out exactly what works for your body. Everyone is unique and different. Rachel will help you find what works for you specifically.

Our signature 6 month program includes everything you need to totally reset your life, stop letting weight dictate your worth, and release your insecurities.

During the 6-month program, we will outline your specific (and achievable) goals. How do you want to feel? Who do you want to be? Then we will explore what is holding you back and what you struggle with the most. Built into the foundation of my coaching philosophy is the idea that everyone is unique and one-of-a-kind, which is why every 6 month program is different. I will give you specific recommendations that will help you overcome your insecurities and achieve what you have been waiting for.

We will have 12 scheduled virtual sessions along with weekly emails and progress updates. I will be there for you every step of the way, available 24/7 for your questions or concerns. I will provide you everything I possibly can to help you heal including unlimited guides, recipes, and suggestions specific to you.

Rachel stewart

Rachel is a licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician registered in the State of New York. She graduated from Morrisville State College with an Associate’s Degree of Applied Sciences in Massage Therapy. Prior to that, Rachel graduated with a Certificate of Completion in Esthetics from the Continental School of Beauty and completed all necessary testing for New York State.

Rachel has also received her bachelor’s degree in Wellness Management from the State University at Oswego. She has a passion for helping her clients find wellness and looks forward to tailoring her session to fit your needs. She believes that an individual reaches optimal health when they have a balance between their body, mind, and spirit. The state of relaxation reached during a massage provides a necessary but uncommon experience in our busy, hectic lives and Rachel wants to share it with you.

Rachel is dedicated to making sure her clients receive ultimate relaxation and comfort during their sessions. She specializes in Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Massage Cupping, Aromatherapy, and Body Treatments.
