Cancellation Policy

**Please note our new cancelation policy will be in effect starting September 1, 2021**

Please read the following information about your upcoming appointment.
 
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION AND TARDINESS POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. 

TARDINESS: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will receive an abbreviated session. For example, if you are scheduled for a half-hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, your insurance company will be billed for that half-hour session, but you will only receive 15 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time.

LATE CANCELLATIONS: Less than 24-hour cancellation notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. This payment will be the responsibility of the client.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
**Any appointment made within the 24-hour window does not allow for proper cancellation notice and will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount if canceled. When booking an appointment within this window, you are agreeing to this.**

MULTIPLE SERVICES or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not canceled 24-hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Universal Wellness team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
